I've spent nearly two decades inside founder-led organizations — as COO, CMO, and interim managing director — across tech, social impact, and creative industries. I've been the operator in the room when things were falling apart and when they were finally working, which is usually the more dangerous moment.

That experience became How Not to F*ck Up Your Startup, and it's also the foundation for the trainings and consulting I do now. My work isn't theoretical — it's what I've actually done, in rooms like yours, more times than I can count.

Home base is Los Angeles, with my husband and our two kids (though if there's a free weekend, you'll usually find us on the road towards nature in our RV).
