Krysta Masciale has spent nearly 20 years embedded in founder-led organizations, first as a founder herself, then as the executive and operator called in to fix what founders couldn't see. Her book, How Not to F*ck Up Your Startup, argues that how a company builds matters as much as what it builds — and that most chaos leaders blame on growth are actually chaos they created themselves.

She currently facilitates two chapters of The Arena, an accelerator for founders scaling revenue, and serves as a facilitator for a Values 20 Group in the 2026 G20 cycle — the civil society engagement track that runs alongside the G20 presidency, convening leaders across sectors on how values shape trust, legitimacy, and cooperation. Both rooms pressure-test her material against real stakes before it ever reaches a stage.
