Krysta Masciale has spent nearly 20 years embedded in founder-led organizations, first as a founder herself, then as the executive and operator. Her book, How Not to F*ck Up Your Startup, argues that how a company builds matters as much as what it builds.
She currently facilitates two chapters of The Arena, an accelerator for founders scaling revenue, and serves as a facilitator for a Values 20 Group in the 2026 G20 cycle — the civil society engagement track that runs alongside the G20 presidency, convening leaders across sectors on how values shape trust, legitimacy, and cooperation. Both rooms pressure-test her material against real stakes before it ever reaches a stage.
