We want you to be happy with what you buy from Sanity. Here's how returns and refunds work across our different offerings.

Digital Products (Startup Sanity School and similar)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on digital products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 7 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund.

To request a refund, email hello [at] jointhesanity.com with your order number and the name of the product. We'd also love to know what didn't work for you — it helps us make the product better — but a reason isn't required to receive your refund.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

After 7 days, all digital product sales are final.

The Book — How Not To F*ck Up Your Startup

Returns and refunds for the book are handled by the retailer where you purchased it (Amazon, Bookshop.org, or your local bookstore). Please contact your retailer directly for their return policy.

Consulting Engagements

Refund and cancellation terms for Sanity Check, Sanity Check+, Fractional Leadership, and other consulting work are governed by the written engagement agreement signed at the start of each engagement. Please refer to your agreement or contact us with questions.
