Leadership Development for Founder-Led Organizations

Leadership Seminar

Growth always creates tension between where the vision wants to go and what the current system can support.

The tension is natural but most of us weren’t trained on how to navigate it, leaving us feeling alone and often overwhelmed. Even if this isn’t our first rodeo, we can still find ourselves blindsided by the success, and craving some support to sort through the chaos.

Sanity Leadership Seminar offers structured operating support for leaders who want to maintain clarity and momentum as their organization grows. This 3-hour leadership session is for founding teams navigating this exact shift. Together, we map what currently works, where responsibilities need to be adjusted to meet the growing needs, and walk away with an understanding of how each leadership team member can best prepare for the expansion ahead.

Designed for founding teams that are:

  • Growing fast enough that roles and ownership are starting to blur

  • Feeling the tension of growth

  • Carrying institutional knowledge that hasn't yet become a system

  • Ready for a facilitated reset, not another off-site with no output

  • Wanting to maintain momentum without chaos or burnout

Format & Expectations

This is a structured 3-hour working session that includes:

  • Pre-session call to align on focus areas

  • 3 hours with the full leadership team

  • A live map of what's working, what's shifting, and what's needed next

  • Clear next steps for each team member heading into the next stage of growth

  • $5,500 for remote facilitation

  • $7,900 for in-person facilitation (travel included)

During our time together we:

  • Identify what's working well and worth protecting as the company scales

  • Define the most viable operational step

  • Clarify where responsibilities need to shift to meet what's ahead

  • Align the team on what "prepared for expansion" looks like for each of them

From the session, you can expect:

  • A shared, documented picture of where the company is headed and what it needs

  • Clarity on what's shifting for each leadership team member

  • Systems that grow with the work

This is not a retreat.
Retreats create a break from the work.
This creates clarity on the work ahead.

If you're ready to bring your leadership team together around what's ahead, let's set a date.
